Ok, here is the Turkey Pumpkin Chili recipe:

Ingredients:
2 jalapeño peppers
olive oil
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 lb ground turkey
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can 15 oz. pumpkin
1 tsp cumin
1 Tblsp chili pepper
1 cup water
1 can kidney beans
Preparation
1. add olive oil to pan and cooked minced jalapeños, onions, green pepper and garlic
2. add ground turkey and cook until brown
3. add tomatoes, pumpkin, cumin, chili pepper, and water
4. Bring mixture to a boil and add kidney beans
5. lower heat and cover for 30 minutes
( I like to do #1 & #2..then I put all into a crock pot and cook on low or high depending on the time that I put it in and when we are going to eat).

Something that we really like to do with chili...any kind of chili, is put it into bread bowls. White Chicken Chili is especially good in bread bowls. For bread bowls, I just make a batch of dough in my bread maker, make big rolls (really big), then when they are done..I cut the middle out making the roll into a bowl.
