scallop recipes?

anyone? i got some frozen ones, got a good deal on them but not sure how to make them/what to make with them.

Thaw and saute them with some butter yummy. Add them to pasta make seafood enchilada's with them add some shrimp make it really special. oh I need Papasita's seafood enchiladas now!!!

Are they small or large?

For the large ones, wrapping them in bacon (partially cooked first) and securing with a toothpick and broiling.

Or: saute in butter or olive oil, garlic, and white wine... or lemon juice when done.

One friend of mine takes large fresh scallops and sautes in olive oil and garlic and then squeeze lots of fresh lemon juice over when done.

They cook really quickly- be careful not to over do it!

these are frozen, generally the kind we can get here and they are med sized.

My DH just bakes them in the oven. Whatever the box says and just eats them by themselves.
