Safe to eat?

Need some advice. Last week I bought 3 boneless, 1 inch thick pork chops. As soon as I got home I put them in the freezer. On Tuesday night I took them out intending to make them yesterday. Yesterday morning I added them to my marinade and put in the fridge.

Of course I never made them and they're still sitting in the marinade. FWIW, they were not completely thawed when I put them in the mardinade-maybe 60% or so.

Are they safe to eat?

I don't know if it matters, but the marinade has honey, vinegar, ginger, soy, salt and garlic.

I think they would be fine. Two days out of the freezer should be perfectly safe.
Enjoy!

I agree; they are probably fine. Generally, you can keep fresh meats refrigerated for 3-5 days, poultry 1-2 days.

edited to add... the "obvious"
You'll want to make sure you've cooked it to food-safe temperatures. In the case of pork, that would be 160.

I would think they are fine.

I did the exact same thing with pork chops yesterday. I plan in having them tonight. I'd say they're fine,
