    Honey and Cinnamon?

I was talking to my friend from India today and she was telling me that it is a common practice for them to use Honey and Cinnamon to help with infertility. Has anyone heard of this before? Or is this an old wifes tale? At this point I am willing to try anything if it works.

Actually, I tried it a long time ago. Tasted good, but didn't help me get pregnant. I say it's worth a try. Cinnamon is known to help regulate blood sugar. Maybe I wasn't consistent enough with it.

I don't know that much more about it. I have started trying it and got AF on my own this week wich almost never happens. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the honey and cinnamon, but I am going to keep doing it. It is 1tbsp of honey with a pinch of cinnamon

    Hi toyoung4this!

I am still doing the honey and cinnamon, not pg yet but have noticed that my cycles are getting more regular. I don't know if it really has anything to do with the honey and cinnamon or not but I figure it cant hurt to keep doing it.
