Lightbulb 3 Failed IVF(2 Fresh & 1 Frozen)-Adoption or IVF with Dr. Zuves

I had 3 Failed IVF (2 Fresh & 1 Frozen) with RSC, San Jose...all of our savings are gone since our Insurances do not cover any Fertility Treatment.
We are considering to try one last IVF with Dr. Zuves or move to Adoption...I'm 39.
I got pregnant on my 2nd Fresh Cycle but lost it...don't know what happened.
Any thoughts about this doctor or adoption?

Dear Silver Surfer, I am very sorry about your failed IVF cycles. One of my friend who had got a baby via IVF and is a doctor told me that most success of IVF came from cycle 2 to cycle 5 of IVF. I know it is really hard, but maybe you should consider trying a few more IVF before giving up.

Btw, can you share a bit more detail on your experience with RSC in San Jose? Did you like the doctor? I am currently with Stanford.
