Failed DE cycle - any advice

Any advice for failed DE/DS cycle. After two failed IVF/ICSI wth my own eggs and then on to DE thinking it would be a sure thing and them being told maybe it was the bad sperm and then moving on to DE/DS and still having failure - what the heck is next? I grow a great lining, absorb the progesterone and have no known health issues... what should I do next to increase my chances of implanatation?
