Hormonal Imbalance Please Help!!!!

I wanted to know if anyone can help me. I just failed my first FET I had at the end of October. My first Fresh cycle I received a BFP, but the pregnancy did not progress normally and I had to get a D&C. My primary issue is tubal and recently it has came to my attention that I have perimenopause symptoms that could be affecting my cycles. I desperately need guidance on what to do as my RE said that there is no other medication that will help in making my next cycle more successful. She states that she plans to place me on antibiotics for 3 weeks before the transfer to rule out any low grade infection I may have in my body. Has anyone dealt with this or no of someone who is dealing with a hormonal imbalance. I have regular periods and I ovulate monthly, but I have quite a few symptoms of perimenopause. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I'm sorry I didn't see and respond to this sooner. First off, many hugs to you during this time. Let me see if I can find anything and post a link for you.

RE: Hormonal Imbalance (New Tesults)

Any information is greatly appreciated. I am currently receiving results from my Immune testing. So far, what I have found out is that my Prothrombin Time (Whole Blood) is (low) and my lipoprotein (a) is too high. I am still trying to figure out how all of this affects pregnancy. I do know that Prothrombin Time can affect pregnancy implantation and cause miscarriage, lipoprotein can cause cardiovascular problems in women. I did not want to do another cycle until I knew exactly what was causing my cycles to fail. I am hoping to have all answers in the near future so I can start a frozen cycle in the Spring. Hopefully, I can start a cycle in March or April. If anyone is out there who is curious about why your cycles are failing. Get Dr. Beers book on "Unexplained/Failed Pregnancy". It really got my mind turning and I pushed my RE to do more extensive testing on me. Thanks again for any advice/ information.
