Help Shed my lining cd14

Hi my name is Wynette I have PCOS and don't ovulate without injection meds.
OK this is my 3rd IUI with injections cycle. I have had a slow response to the meds due to my PCOS . The RE is the one who told me this information.
I started my cycle with BCP and Bromocriptine for 21days and waited for AF to start my Lupron and Repronex. All was going well had 2 follies 12mm CD8 and then they just would not grow. RE upped my meds to help them grow on CD12. Went back on CD13 for u/s and lining was 10.8 and follies were 14mm. Got home from RE and started spotting called RE and said don't worry. So I did not worry. CD14 at work I started bleeding heavy and had to go home. I called RE he needed to see me the next morn. At u/s my lining was super thin 2mm. I was in shock and RE was too. He said i need to see the b/w but this could be your AF. B/W came back and my E2 is still rising. RE told me it is not AF and to keep stimming till Tuesday.
So has this happened to anyone?
I cant find any info about this on the net anywhere. Sorry this is so long. Any input would help me. Thanks HUGS Wynette

Went back to RE today things are looking better I guess. RE said he thinks it was just a fluke thing. I guess so since I cant find anyone else this has happend to I will have to agree. What a ride this IF Treatment has been. Take care all. Good Luck
