Ovulation questions

I have endo and its caused problems with infertility. My last pregnancy was conceived via IVF. I've never had signs of ovulation and wondering if anyone can give me clues besides charting. Anything my body should be telling me? I'm trying to conceive again naturally and trying to up my odds! We tried for 2 1/2 years before and no luck on our own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I ovulated I could feel it....I would get ovarian pain just prior. Also in the days right before there was a change in cervical mucous....not to be graphic, but it was almost like egg white texture. Some women say they get a surge of energy right before they ovulate.... just a few things you might look for!!

Best of luck to you!!

For me, the biggest clues that I'm ovulating is the presence of cervical fluid. I've also been charting my temp upon waking.
If you haven't already, and really want to become more aware of your cycled, a great book is Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It has helped me tremendously.

Thank you for reply

Thank you so much for the reply. I'm hoping to see these signs in the months to come. I hope this time its alot easier to achieve pregnancy. I don't want to raise my hopes too much, for it was such a hard road last time. Take care!
