2 ectopics & miscarriage

I had 2 previous ectopics in the last year...First ectopic was treated with methotrexate & the second was in the same tube which later ruptured...I had emergency surgery to have that tube removed. Finally a few weeks ago I got pregnant again and found that my levels went from 15 to 4 in a couple of days...it was what they called a chemical pregnancy! I am sooo tired of this! Anyway...I was just wondering if anyone had been through this & if there is any chance I will ever conceive naturally. Getting pregnant isnt the trouble...I got pregnant all 3 times on the first try! Any advice or stories would be great!

multiple losses/new LC men't

I had a blighted ovum m/c at 9w pg in Sept 04...just a few months later, March 05 I had an ectopic...had a lap and then still had to have methotrexate bec dr didnt get all of it...a few months later, pg again...all three pgs were with Clomid and BMS only...that pg was fine, until 19w when there was no HB...devastating loss...

After that point, I was pretty sure "someone" was trying to tell me something, to stop ttc and just be happy with my boys. I waited a year before evening TTC again and nothing was working at that point. I finally conceived 2 yrs after my last loss, with Follistim/Ovidrel/BMS and had a healthy baby in November 08.

With only one tube, your chances are decreased but you could still conceive. If you have no issues ovulating or getting pg. I would think the only issue would be timewise, since there is no guarantee you would ovulate on the side with the tube each month...but I was told that having an ectopic does not rule out future pgs or mean you have to go through IVF (unless of course both tubes are damaged).

I am sorry for your losses...

Thank you for responding..,its been so horrible this year. I know what you mean by thinking someone is trying to tell you something...I said the same exact thing the other day. Getting pregnant has been easy for me. I got pregnant all 3 times at first try. Even after my tube was removed i still did the first try! I just am having no luck keeping them! Do you know much about Chemical pregnancies?
