question about message i recieved on item I am selling

So I got two messages about a specific outfit I am selling right now. They were as follows:

1. Hello, If I buy this and Item number: 200321764594 Can you send it to Bulgaria and how much will be the postage costs?

2. Hi im from Malta and like this outfit but is there a chance you ship it to Malta and how much would shipping cost me? THANKS.

I have the auction marked as no international shipping. I just find it odd that I got these both on the same item. And they came within hours of each other. The item they are asking about is a NWT Puma girls outfit. When I look at the feedback for the first person (Bulgaria), she has many feedbacks but from few people, in other words it appears she bought multiple items from the same people. And all the items are NWT and are some sort of sports name - Puma, Nike, etc.

The other person has feedback from many different people but all their items are also NWT sports type stuff.

I did respond to the Bulgaria person before I got the second one and got suspicious.

Is there anything I need to be concerned about here? Are they looking to sell these on the black market or something?

Thanks!!

If you ship overseas there is no way to do tracking and prove that they got it. So they can file item not recieved (even though they did get it), Paypal will give them their money back and you are out the money AND the item.

Either ignore them or just respond that as your auction states, you don't ship internationally, sorry.

The only time I'd reconsider was if the person had a ton of positive feedback from bunches of different sellers from all over the world, then you'd be reasonably sure they were legit but you'd still be going on faith that they wouldn't file against you.

I would either politely respond that you don't ship internationally, or ignore them. OR, you could just check on the shipping on usps.gov and let them know that the ESTIMATED shipping is x but you will charge whatever the post office tells you + a handling fee because you have to physically go to the PO with two small children and stand in a line and fill out forms.

I didn't even think about them claiming they didn't recieve it - I was just worried they'd try to use a fake check or Western Union.

Just reply to them saying sorry, you don't ship internationally. Also, block countries you don't ship to so that there is no way bidders from other countries can bid on your items.

I agree with the ladies above. Just tell them you don't ship Internationally.

I have shipped to Malta before.....not Bulgaria though. I've been selling Internationally for years and have never had a problem with an International bidder. Don't know if I'm lucky or not. It's just how it's been for me.
