I have always wondered just what items make the most money on EBAY. OHHHH.... I think I have found the " ticket!"

Selling concert tickets!
Yes... I am selling three pair of Kenny Chesney tickets and I have had 11 questions, 8 watchers and 3 bids. Plus, I have a nice little reserve price on them. Not to mention, this is a one day list only. The tickets were my S/S he can't go and wants to make his money back. UHH HMM...I think he will makE his money back and then some. I have FINALLY FOUND the " ticket" to making a little money on EBAY!!!

WOO HOO!!!!

Barging on the ebay board to say just be careful. It is illegal to sell the tickets over the price you paid for them. Yes people do it all the time there are tons on ebay now but if you happen to be the unlucky one that the cops buy from you will get a nice fine. Even if your reserve is the price you paid and you can't help it if people bid more. I don't know how often the cops scout it but I have BTDT

You are right though it is a great money maker!

I'm pretty sure scalping tickets is legal in IN,which is where I live.

Hmm maybe it is just illegal in certain states, I will have to check into that.

I know I have bid on concert tickets before! It only lets me bid a certain max bid cause I live in Illinois and there is a cap.

An update on the tickets. They did sell at my reserve price which my son has broke even. Didn't expect it to cost $22.50 to ship overnight from Chicago to Memphis by Fed Ex.

I think you can resell tickets in most states but for no more than the price paid.

In AZ, my BIL can't get tickets to sporting events b/c the scalpers buy them up and then crank up the cost and resell.
