About LinkBacksI want to change my address to my yahoo address but they are asking for my credit card information in order for it to change. Anyone know why they do this for Yahoo and not for my other email address I'm currently using (and having trouble with and missing emails!!)? Doesn't seem right to me that they can do this.......... I know they don't charge but why do I have to give them my credit card # & info?

Ebay considers hotmail and yahoo "anonymous" accounts because they are free. To be a seller the email must be linked to a service you pay for like AOL, etc. Thats why they require a credit card to be a seller.
