an update on my charge back with paypal

Today is day number 9 and the seller still has not responded to paypal's request to provide info about the item and transaction.

They have until tomorrow the 13th to respond, anyone know what happens if they don't respond at all?

Mandy

As far as I know, if he seller doesn't respond you automatically get your money back.

Joanna,

I hope that is right!!

Do they do anything to the seller? This was I never got the item and the seller wouldn't respond to my requests when I didn't get it or provide shipping info at all. To say the least I am just a little ticked of about the whole thing.

I am pretty sure if there is no response they will credit you and the seller will get a non-performing seller strike against them. Even if they do claim to have shipped, they have to PROVE it, with delivery confirmation or some other means. If they respond to the claim in the last day saying they shipped , it might lengthen the process, but in the end, unless they can prove it, your money will be returned.
