Doppler Rentals

I am considering renting a Doppler for use at home. Can anyone recommend a company?

Babybeat.com I rented it there with my prior pregrancy and just ordered one today. Best to rent it for 3 months and then go month-to-month. You will find most likely you don't need it towards the end when the baby kicks a lot.

I have Angelsounds. I bought it on ebay for $35 and it was the best money I have ever spent. I got it at 11weeks and heard the heartbeat right away.

Two that I know of are babybeat.com and bellybeats.com

From ebay I got the Babybeat Display Doppler / Digital Fetal Doppler Monitor (depends which site you look on- its the same one) brand new for $19.99 and FREE shipping. (all the way from Hong Kong)

I did go on the Baby Beat site and buy the Early Sounds Keepsake Recorder.
That recorder (which also allows you to record it to your comp) is so cherished to me right now.

We havent told family yet but this is how we're going to do it. Buy a couple of these recorders and record the baby's heartbeat and tell the grandparents to push play.

I was able to use the doppler and find the heartbeat at 11w.

I used babybeat.com and was very pleased with their service. I even got a discount by searching for coupons on-line.

Yes, 7w3d today but as I'm sure you know its not easy. I just want to make it thru the next 14w as fast and healthy as possible. I guess the term would be 'cautiously happily pregnant'.

Again no real symptoms so of course paranoid up the whazoo.

I bought a 2009 Hi-bebe fetal monitor and there were several times that it seemed like it wanted to pick up the HB's cause it was registering around 173 w/ the heart flashing but I couldn't hear it yet, I could hear mine though so at least I know it works

Any thoughts?

I think in a week or so, you'll be able to hear the heartbeats. I got mine at 13 weeks and heard it right away. It was the best money I ever spent.
