    Beginning donor egg cycle? Anyone?

    Hello,

I took my first bcp last night. Anyone cycling and looking for company? This is my first IVF cycle after years of TTC and m/c's.

    Hi Bubba,

I'd love to join you here - I just finished my mock cycle and will start bcp on Saturday (probably) followed by Lupon then patches, PIO, estrace, etc... w/ an estimated retrieval/transfer time frame of Dec. 8-16. This is my first DE cycle, but we had one cancelled IVF cycle this summer so while I feel a bit more prepared going in to all of this, there are still lots of new element, not the least of which is anxiety about the donor and how she'll do. If you just started the bcp this week our schedules may be fairly similar...

    Cross-post (duplicate) of 40+ Board

Big, long, dramatic story, but will be brief
Lots of drama all at once....so things are normal around here!

Found out TONIGHT I was supposed to have begun Lupron six-eight days ago and had my supression check and b/w this morning! Yikes!!!! I have not even spoken with the OOT, monitoring RE's office yet. So, will NOT be having an extra 7-10 days to thicken my lining. With a lot of GOOD luck, I may be able to start Lupron by Monday.

What a mind-bending day. Just a little stressed to say the least..... But I guess I AM cycling!!! Think calm, Dana, think calm......

    hi ladies...

I will be cycling soon i hope...after 4 failed IVF's with my own eggs, we are moving on to DE, I am waiting for my phone consult with the new RE, have already started to look through donors, just need to get matched with someone...hoping to have it all worked out by march...already on BCP to reduce the ENDO since we are uncertain when we will cycle. DH needs to be away for work for three months...not military, just training for his job. he will be back in march, debating on having him freeze a sample so I can work on this while he is away. or we wait, not sure what to do yet...i guess i will know more on the 30th when i have my consult.

Hi ladies, can I join? We are seriously considering moving onto de the beginning of the new yr. I have selected a few facilities to have a consult with and hope to get moving soon while my test results are less than a yr old. I have NO desire to repeat the hsg or shg! I am really interested in a shared cycle at CNY. Does anyone have experience w/them or a shared cycle?

Dana-Wow, talk about stress! I hope everything works out for you in time.

    Bubba,
There is a group of 4 of us on Reproductive Biology Associates II that are cycling through their frozen DE bank. The only difference is that we aren't trying to synchronize cycles with a donor as the eggs are just waiting on us to cycle and then get thawed on the right day. There are 2 I think already on their meds, I've already done a "prime" round and start on my 21 day cycle (before implant) on Tuesday next week. There is one more starting right after me and I think one more right behind her.
It's a little different and I'm assuming with your BCP cycle you are a little farther out from what will be an implant date but you might be right in line with one of the other ladies starting right behind me for implant. You can also see, what's next following a few of us that are right in front of you in our timing.

Look for the thread and jump in if you think it suits you.

Good Luck to everyone on here that is preparing to cycle! to you all!
