Ok all - quick question. I went for lining check this morning. It was 7.3mm. Every other time it's been 10mm by now. The difference this time is I was on Lupron the whole time to make sure I didn't get a rogue follie popping in. Baseline was clear, lining was triple stripe, but only 7.3mm. My E2 was 127 (where before it was over 200). Now, usually I'd go in 10days after baseline for check, and today is 9 days after, but I doubt that makes much difference.

Question is - should I insist on more estrace to thicken things up? I know most IVF clinics say 7mm is the minimum. My FET won't be til next week so there's time for it to thicken. Also, is my E2 too low? Anyone know the normal range for what's acceptable?

Luckman- Thank you so much for sharing your story. It is definitely hard to keep hope at times during this journey. I will think of your experience next time I feel low and find hope there, that I will have a baby myself one day. It does take a toll on a marriage and friendships. I so look forward to the day that i put this all behind me. "Normal" couples have NO idea what a torture this is.

GrnMtn- I'll let some of the other ladies answer your question. I would be at a loss as to what to do in your situation also. I would just have faith in the doctors, but I know that doesn't always work out for the best. Ughh!! It's an example of the things we have to stress about all the time. So frustrating.

Grn- As far as E2, I take 10mg of estrace which is usually the max amount they like you take and my levels are always between 1000-2000. I read somewhere that normal range is 100-600. my first cycle my lining was 7.3 and they checked again 3 days later and was almost 9. It's usually between 8-9 at my lining checks. Hope that helps It sounds like you are doing ok.

Well I have been trying really hard to be patient and to not bother Pati. I was told my donor should get her period by the 2nd week in June. So I decided on Friday just to shoot Pati and email asking for an update. She said she hadn't heard anything yet but that my donor is very reliable and not to worry. I figure sometime next week she will get her period then. Well, I constantly check my portal and go into my flowsheets and as of Friday there wasn't a flowsheet set up for my new cycle. I figured they will set it up once the donor gets her period. Well today I checked and there is a flowsheet! It says it hasn't been released yet but I wonder if my donor called today! Hmmm...I guess I will find out on Monday. But seeing that flowsheet made me feel better! I have been in a bit of a funk with my due date approaching. All I wanted was to be pg before that day and I never thought I would have 3 failed FETs and not reach that goal. It makes me sad and to add to that my nieces due date is today. She should have her baby any day now. It hurts!

Luckman--thank you so much for sharing your story. I was very touched by it and so pleased you and your wife had such a happy ending. Congratulations on the birth of your wonderful twins. I know first hand the pain of losing friends through IF--especially when their pregnancies are unplanned and they don't seem to realize the pain it causes when you've been struggling for years (I know it isn't their fault but it makes keeping a relationship near impossible, especially as they neither want to hide their good fortune or stop having babies!).

Grn--good luck with your upcoming FET and please keep us posted on your progress. MSZ--I hope you can start cycling very soon--so exciting to hear that your flowsheet is now in your portal. I'm praying for good luck for both of you.

Bighopes--when are you going to do your next FET? So hoping this time is the charm for you.

AFM, I never heard back from my doctor about the blood results from the NT scan so hoping that's good news. I go in for the quadruple blood test on Friday. Hopefully the news will be good. My nausea is beginning to abate but only in the late afternoons, and my appetite is still not back.

How is EOE doing? I hope you are all doing well--you are all always in my prayers.

Gl Grn on your FET. I hope the lupron and pills do the trick in supressing your system.

Bighopes when are you transferring? I wish I had your postive attitude in your frosties. I have no hope in them at all since I transferred 2 perfect 4AA blasts and nothing happened from a well proven donor. Dr. K could not give me an answer why it failed. Uterine and sperm fine.

I will be delaying my FET until the fall. I scheduled a consult in the middle of July with dr. Braverman for any possible immune issues that might affect implantation. He is my last hope.

Hi ladies - I have to go back again Fri to see if my lining thickens. On Monday it was still the same. Now we're adding a vaginal dose of estrace to see if there is a change. I'm sick of curveballs.
