Iris: for a while at tge begining of my pg i was only doing Crinone twice a day and my levels were low so I was told to add PIO which was every other day. Much better than every day. Crinone is not absorbed in the blood stream, bllod levels are not accurate. The Crinone alone should be fine, but it is not measureable. The PIO is reassurance. I hope this helps

I just got the call from the lab, I ended up with 9 eggs. As of right now she said 5 have fertilized and the other 4 are unfertilized. She said that they will check the other 4 later today to see if they have fertilized. Is that common, to have some fertilize later than others? Or should I just count those 4 out?

ICSI used ? Refresh my memory in any previous cycles what was your fertilization rate? Again we had 8 eggs, six fertilize, five blasts.

On another note at CNY when transferring two embies I have only seen singleton pregnancies even off this board etc. If you end up with four blasts ??

Im assuming ICSI was used. I dont have any reason to think otherwise. My previous cycle I had 5 and they all matured. I guess I will just have to wait for Tuesday. Maybe I will call them on Monday just to see what to expect. Im still refusing to transfer less than 3 regardless if they are blasts or not so I hope this DR M wont give me too hard of a time cause Im very stubborn. (;

Hi all - my cycle is cancelled. That stupid follicle ovulated against all odds, so now my lining went back down from 10 to 7mm, and p4 is elevated etc. I'm livid with them right now because if I hadn't insisted on one more u/s and b/w before FET, we would have gone on their assumptions that "I'm sure it'll be fine", only to find out that we'd have wasted 2 more embryos for nothing. As soon as Dr G emails me back, I will have an idea of what the next protocol will look like. I suggested we do what worked (bcp's, lupron, estrace) instead of risking this again. Whether or not bcp's are used will be determined if my next baseline is clean or not. I'm so upset I can't even think.............

I could not get on Fertile Thoughts for the last 3 days! I was going crazy not keeping up with my girls!

Anyway I checked the Donor Portal and saw that twins got a BFP!! YEAH!!!

Pgoodyear - I am sorry your pregnancy has been so rough. You do have a house full!!

Grn - I am so sorry you were cancelled but I am so glad that didn't go forward for nothing! And thank goodness you had them check!

AFM - Not much going on. Waiting for Leroy. He should be here next week. I'm thinking Thursday. Then it's full speed ahead. Oh and it looks like I might have a date on Sunday. Go figure!

Oh no, so when do you think you ovulated in the last few days? Reason I ask cause with a natural FET the embryos are transferred about four or five or even six days after ovulation and sometimes if P4 is high they say no P4 support needed???

Just remembered a wild story from a few years back something like Green's, gal ovulates they BD did and IUI and transferred some embies she had TWINS for sure strange..

going to have to take PIO in addition to CRINONE.
