Thanks MSZ for your support. You know just like me that you know if its going to happen or not. You just know it....deep down in our core being we just know somehow. Our donor is AMAZING and thats why we are scratching our heads now. What else is wrong with us! Its leading to dh and me. We thought and also the REs thought my previous donor had crappy eggs but now we are in the same boat. Nothing has changed. There is a common denomitator going on.....beautiful blasts but once they are transferred into me....kuput they mysteriously disappear.
BTW...I am on immune protocol also. Lovenox, IL, Baby aspirin, estrace, dexa, crinone and PIO.
Dee, I was thinking about that too, maybe they changed the sensitivity on them. But I seen so many get BFP by 10dpo.

Split donor TALL 20164
MZ split if you put yourself down as second recipient it takes(( longer)) to coordinate a split then if your next FET works you could easily back out just a thought..

It's a nice thought but even a split will cost at least $8,000. I don't know how many times I can buy a losing ticket. I'm pretty much out of funds.
I have no idea why they would make 20164 a split. Her stats are not that good at all!
I am next on the list for 33508 as a split and I am 6th on the list for 36770 as a split.
I am also next on the list for my old donor as a single but there is NO WAY I can afford another single cycle so I will have to pass when it comes up.
I do believe this last FET will be it for me as for as TTC.44 Single High FSH DOR

furrvis, when is your beta? You sound like you have some promising good signs going on! I have zippo. NADDA, I feel still good. I only transferred 2 x 4AA blasts. You have 2x 5AA right! They were hatching for you....this is a good sign.
I have already given up on this cycle. I am crying alot. I am trying to figure out how to live a new life without having the dream of having a child. The universe is telling me something. After 4 yrs of treatments and hopes and dreams it comes down to this.

So very hard to have hope I wish I could make it so as Capt. Picard would say..
MZ hoping the next one is the one and if need be CNY would let you do a discount split OR ask if you can do the 24 month financing, so frustrated gotta keep the faith that the next FET is the ONE!!

Asha/Furrvis - for my fresh transfer I put in two 4AA blasts, and one stuck, and split into my twins. Whether 4 or 5, you're in great shape with embie quality! Don't give up! Hang in there - beta day is coming soon.......I'm right there with you!
Furrvis - last cycle, I got cramps (felt like the usual AF ones I get a few days before AF shows), two days before beta. I thought I was done and cried for hours. Well, you know how that turned out. Try not to obsess - every pg can be different, and every symptom can be something, or nothing. Keep those fingers crossed!
I'm cheering for all of us! We all deserve to have golden eggs in our Easter basket this year!Me (36) DH (38)

BFN 11 dpo stark white, whiter than snow on a FRER. Its over for me.
This is with 2 perfect 4AA blasts and nothing implanted. WTF!!!!
Now I need to know why nothing is implanting.
Who do I go to check for serious uterine problems?
Dr. Kiltz is not into doing the endo biopsy where you send it off. I can ask him again since now he would be wondering WTF happened with 2 perfect blasts from a proven donor. I think any doc will be suspicious that something is wrong. I can't ask for what's wrong until I get a negative beta. Dh thinks they will not be able to find out why.
I am thinking I am missing the beta-intergrin. Maybe some protein that I am missing that lets the embryo adhere to the lining.
I did have a clear hysteroscopy back in november 2011. Had a lap in 2010 and found nothing wrong. What is wrong with us!?!?!?!?
I am reading up on a British journal of repeated implantation failure.
Any ideas what is happening to us? Please I open to anything at this point!

Asa- It's still early yet!! FX!! As for what can be done...you have a 50% DQ-ALpha match and as far as I know, Dr.'s such as Sher would recommend putting back one embryo at a time. I know that's not what you want to hear
However, you've never tried putting back just one which with a 50% DQ-Alpha match..is somethinq you might try looking into. Specifically, this is what Sher says in his blog:
"It is presently not possible to reliably identify the paternal DQa contribution to the embryo. Also, the exposure of DQa “matching” embryos to the uterus will usually activate uterine NK cells. For these reasons, in cases of a 50% risk of a DQa “match”, I usually recommend transferring only one (1) embryo at a time. The reason is my concern that in transferring more than one embryo, uterine exposure to a DQa-“matching” embryo could, by causing local NK cell activation, compromise implantation of a non-“matching” embryo and so, in the process, reduce the likelihood of its successful implantation. In cases of 100% DQa “matching”, this hardly matters since all the embryos would cause NK cell activation anyway."

Other than that...I think an endometrial biopsy is worth doing to cover all of your bases.
To Furvis, Grn, ginger...good luck gals!!
MSZ...I hope you are feeling just a bit better today. I agree with Denise...all you can do is gear up for the next cycle. I TRULY hope that your next cycle is THE cycle.

asha - I'm so sorry......I wish I could offer something helpful here, but alas, not much I can say, other than I hope, given it's still early, that your BFP is in there. I hear you loud and clear on your frustration. I am so sick of IF, of being sad and upset, and feeling hopeless.........sending you many hugs. I hope the drs can find the missing piece of the puzzle, if this cycle is truly bfn. Still crossing my fingers and toes for you!
