Mel - They will give you the AFC from her cd3 baseline evaluation, just before she starts stims. Yes, the # will rise during stims if she responds well. But don't get too excited about that number, it's the E2 that matters most. My last donor went from 16 afcs to 36, but in the end we only got 15 mature eggs. SG reports that 80% of eggs retrieved are mature, but that has never been the case with any of my donors. It's usually less 60%

so second beta back at 3,300 somewhere around there i am at work so couldn't write it down. but it went up so that is the good news.

don't know i go in for another beta tomorrow. i would assume probably in like 1-2 weeks. i'm sure they will tell me tomorrow.

hello ladies, hope everyone well! Can anyone tell me how many days will AF come after taking 10 days of Provera? I only have red and most of the time brown discharge but no flow for 15 days. My nurse told me that maybe that's all I have. I am waiting for her call back after talking to the RE. I'm wondering if anyone has the same thing.
