E2 levels while stimming?

Hi I hope some of you ladies can help me with a question. I am undergoing my donor cycle and I asked for my E2 level after my appt today and they told me it was a under 100 after 3 days of stims. Shouldn't it be more like 200?? The nurse told me they think I am too surpressed so they are having me stop lupron. I'm pretty confused why it would be so low and if this cycle is going to work for the intended couple. Any thoughts or insight? I'm going back in a few days for another us and bw but on my last cycle it was 212. Is there any chance? I just really want this to work for this and I've been googling E2 levels all day while I shouldve been working. My nurse said it was very early and I've been crampy today and "feel" stuff going on down there but it could be gas....lol. Help!

Got a update. I was waaaaaaaay too surpressed. My E2 has risen not by much but my RE said not to worry at this point. He said as long as it doubled (which it did) from my baseline it will take them a little while to catch up (possibly stim for a few more days) Because I was way too supressed and I have tons of follicles that joined the party after the last 2 days of stims, the RE said it will be a great cycle. He told me that E2 levels this early of the cycle is not a predictor of cycle outcome or quality of eggs. He said that E2 only matters when you have follicles reaching 16mm to 18mm. Then you look at the E2 levels to determine how many are mature. My last cycle I had great eggs with no issues in getting my Intended couple pregnant. I was a little worried but I feel better after talking with my RE and Nurse. Hopefully my IP's will understand it is a few more days of stims, and they can be patient. I hate to let anyone down. Esp. when its dealing with IVF. Say a prayer for a great outcome for my couple. Thanks!

Good Luck and don't worry. My donor was oversuppressed too. They increased the meds and she gave us 16 mature eggs, of which 15 fertilized. Sadly though, the additional meds comprised the quality and we had none to freeze and a BFN.

We here in IF PURGATORY understand the roller coaster ride and an extra day or two on stims is usually welcomed...in hopes of more mature eggs! GOOD LUCK and THANKS FOR YOUR "seed" of KINDNESS
