lupron and follies???

Hey all, I have just been lurking for a while after two failed cycles. I am in the midst of one again, gettin close to the ret/trans. i have been on lupron for 3 or 4 weeks now. started at 20 then down to 10. Had an ultrasound and they found on big follie that was 30x30. I am worried that this may be a problem. the nurse said that maybe i was under suppressed, but the doc says to go ahead as my e2 level was 755. everything should happen next week. any experience with this? I dont know why I am worried about ovulation.

As long as you are suppressed, and you likely are since they do bloodwork to test that before stimming you, and your E2 keeps rising, that's good. You may lose that lead follicle as I think they like eggs to be between 16-22mm. I don't know much about it though. My first donor had a lead follicle hogging all the meds so she didn't have other follicles growing well and was almost cancelled, but they managed to save the cycle and she produced 18 mature eggs.
