Questions about Clomid
I am starting a cycle in the beginning of July and I did a clomid challenge at the beginning of this month. I called the donor coordinator today because I have been experiencing lower abdominal pain since last night. It's not unbearable but I'm not sure what to expect and what is normal. The coordinator didn't sound concerned, but it has gotten a little worse as the day went on. She said I was probably ovulating and that I should take tylenol. In addition to the pain I am feeling very bloated, and having some diarrhea. Sorry for tmi! Yesterday I was on my feet all day running around having a birthday party for my daughter (20 kids at my house...). So I am trying to take it really easy today.
If it gets worse I will call again tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced these effects with clomid? Thanks!

That's not an uncommon feeling with IF meds. For me it meant I was taking a lot and getting 4 or more follies growing.
If you are taking clomid to just get 1 or 2 follies, I would be sure to have things checked on an u/s when you do cycle. |
