Applying hot packs after transfer

Hi everyone!
I've had my transfer done today and I am not sure if applying gel hot packs (heated in microwave) or any heat to my buttocks after PIOs injections (once daily) it's a good idea. Doesn't it create too hot environment for the embryos?
Probably I am just getting a little paranoid trying to not to do something that would jeopardize our chance....
Thanks for any thoughts
Gisele

I used small hot packs on the area where the shot was done for 5 minutes after it once a day which is how many PIO per day I was using... I also had Crinone. It did not have any adverse effect for us and I was grateful I used them. I also warmed the oil under warm water before the injection to ease the shot.

If you're uncomfortable with hot packs, don't use them. You have to feel good about every decision you make.

Be well,

CS

As long as you're not applying any heat to your abdomen, you'll be just fine!! You don't want to overheat your body to the point where it could make it dangerous for your little ones. Fortunately, your little ones aren't in your behind, so if you apply heat there, you won't be putting them in jeopardy!!

Good luck!!

CS & BC Donor-Thanks a lot for your responses. BC, I liked your comment about the location of the embies I really need a good laugh and relax today,as it's my beta day & I am still awaiting my nurse's phone call. I don't have too much hope, as we transferred three 3-day embies and our DE said that they did not divide as quick as he would expected. I POAS on 8dp3dt and got bfn. I did not have any symptoms besides cramps
Trying to stay positive .
Thanks again
I wish you both all the best

The nurse left me a message ( I don't know why my cell did not ring as I had it with me all the time) and I am not surprised the test was negative
Thanks for all your good wishes.
