Painless?
I just read the article.
“It's more invasive than donating sperm, but still, it's painless, and there's more time involved, but we try to make it as smooth a process as possible,” Shapiro said. He said the side effects of donation usually include some aches and cramps, similar to those of a woman's period. Someone needs to correct them. It is not painless! The ER is not too bad, but it is not painless!

If you notice that comment came from a man. Obviously he has no waya to even beginto know the feeling of having needles through his vaginal wall to retrieve eggs. Not a great feeling. Not the worse thing in the world.. but to call it painless is going too far.
BTW.. why do I ever bother to read comments on stories like this. Obviously from reading their reactions, the media only portrays DE and DS in a negative way (DE more so). IMHO there will never be an article published that doesn't portray DE in some sort of 'abnormal matter', or some senstionalistic way. I would love to see an article about our donor, who did it for no money, because she wanted me to be a mother. Will that ever make the news? no, because people don't want to read about anything 'normal'.
