i am desperate to have a baby and trying hard to find a donor ,but due to change in law in uk its nearly impossible so i switched to online websites,who after subscription fees help u in finding a donor free of charge,plz plz plz can somebody tell me is it safe and successful to go through these site like:www.fsdw.com. I.E free-sperm-donors-worldwide.Kindly reply me with suggestion asap.i live in london uk.Thanks.

I would be concerned. But I wil say I know nothing about these services. If i were you - I would contact the Donor Conception Network. (http://www.donor-conception-network.org/) They are based in England and are very knowledeable and would be able to help you.
