We have used both Xytex and Midwest. There are a good dozen or so out there though. My RE also recommended Follis, but I am not sure if they have a website. If cost is an issue, Midwest has washed vials for $200 and have been better than all of my $465 per vial vials from Xytex. A plus about Xytex though is that their website is really easy to use.
