An article that you might find interesting

Trigs:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20657190/site/newsweek/

It's about how a mother can have long term effects inutero on their children's future help, not simply by smoking, drinking, etc, but by what we eat, etc.

Discovery Magazine had a huge article on it about a year ago that was really fascinating, even claiming that genes are influenced after birth by breastfeeding.

Found the Discovery Magazine article.

http://discovermagazine.com/2006/nov/cover

Just a little bit of a fun fact.

Emily

There's quite a lot of information coming out now about the importance of epigenetics, or the role of uterine environment on future health. It really is a fascinating subject.

Well, as a DE'er, I just like the idea that some of me is still transferred. Even though that's obvious, the articles kind of help reinforce it.
