Retreival Friday : Please wish me luck

Hi,
I normally post on the PI board, so you might not be very familiar with me. However, I do lurk around this board very frequently and the posts here has given me a lot of support and helped sort out my thoughts/issues.
My dx is stage III endo, high FSH and POF, so after quite a few failed IUIs and one cancelled IVF, I did a DE IVF (egg sharing) last cycle which resulted in a BFN. Since it is hard to get a donor and takes really long for one to be available, my RE asked me whether I want to try out another egg sharing cycle since there is a lady doing IVF whose cycle exactly matches mine and she's ready to share her eggs. Although it was kinda stupid of me to opt for another egg sharing cycle 'coz going with a regular donor makes the chance of success much higher, I did agree to it 'coz I didn't want to wait ! Sooo, here I am cycling again and the retrieval is scheduled for Friday. Please wish me luck ladies....I am really really hoping that it works this time !

Thank you so much for looking me up and sorry I could not post eariler.
14 eggs were retreived on Friday from which I got 7 (since it's an egg sharing cycle) and 5 fertilized. This stats is exactly like my last failed cycle which kind of freaked me out ! Anyway, I had my ET yesterday and we transferred all 5. Out of 5 one was already compacting, 2 were 8 cell grade 1 and 2 were 6 cell grade 2. This is better than last time when we did a 2 day transfer and had 3 6 cell grade 2s and 2 4 cell grade 3s.
The transfer was not easy like last time though and RE had to kind of yank open the cervix (sorry, TMI ) which is why I am still having some cramps. Overall I am ok and trying not to obsess at all.
