Question regarding cycle.....
Okay maybe some of you ladies can help. I am an egg donor and have done this a couple of times, but I wasn't working out regularily then. I usually workout 5-6 days a week and rotate form doing a fast walking on a steep incline on the treadmill and then I do low weights with high reps including abs. I am on Lupron now, but starting my stims tomorrow. At what point do I have to stop working out if at all???? I thought for some reason I could cont my workout except for the day of retrieval and 2 days after....Does this sound right???? Any help would be great!!! TIA.

I was under the impression that you had to stop working out when you start stimming.
You could post this question on the IVF & High Tech forum where the majority of people stim so you can get more answers. Your best bet is the RE though. I'd call him. Good luck, CS |

It is not a smart idea to continue to exercise because you are at high risk for twisting an ovary! Not a fun thing!! You have to not even walk too much before or even 2wks after your e/r or you could really cause some damage to your body!
