Horizon, I'm sorry about the AF! Sounds like we will be cycle buddy in March, or close to anyway. I'm expecting my AF in a week, then I will start injectables too!

Good luck!

Hi Susan - Thanks for your post. Are you nervous about the injectables? I am a little bit... Everybody says it is not that bad, but I guess I am making a big deal out of it in my head .

Good luck to you too!

Horizon,

Glad you're back on track Acupuncture is great for relaxation; even I can say that and I'm needle phobic LOL

When you do your Sub-Q, pinch the skin hard, not until it's painful but hard, the entire 1/2 inch or more around where the needle will be. It will tense the skin and using a dart motion, go in without hesitation. You won't feel a thing. Promise. Loose skin and slow motion is what hurts. Same with the IM shots.

Go girl!

Hi, Horizon, good luck with the injectables! No, I'm not afaid of them because I have done IVF before and I know how to give myself injections. The first time was hard, but after that it became very easy. I even did the muscle injection of HCG to myself one time. This was the big needles. I didn't have a choice because DH wasn't there and it was late at night. So, I gathered my strength and stabbed myself on the butt. Guess what? I didn't even feel a thing!

I'm actually excited to start injectables. I think it will bring us good luck!
