Horizon, good luck tomorrow

Good luck with your u/s tomorrow.. grow follies

Drink plenty of water; it may help with the headache. It did it for me along with 2 tylenols when I had a couple. Now I just keep on drinking 64oz or more of water per day.

Good luck!

I didn't want to cluter the pinned chart thread so here I am. I was wondering if there is anything the RE can give you to thicken the lining instead of waiting for your body to comply. Ask them. Frustrating

This morning I had my mid cycle follicle scan (cd11) . I had 6 follicles but they were all small. The biggest one was only 15mm and I had 12,10,10 and 2 more that are even smaller than 10 mm.

I was taking baby asprin and hoping that my lining thickness would improve but it was even smaller than what it was last month. I had 6mm last cycle, this time it was only 5.3mm!!

I don't know... Despite of the good results on the HSG, I don't think this cycle will work for me.

The RN wants me to do the trigger on Sunday night and have the IUI on Tuesday, 02/13.

Has anybody got pg with 5.3mm lining? All I hear is that it needs to be 8+. The RN said that it should be fine, but I think she said that to make me feel better... I am really disappointed.

This will be my 3rd IUI with clomid. If this one doesn't work, I will have to move on to an RE with injectables which is probably a better option anyway.

Hi CS!!
Sorry I didn't notice your post before Thanks for thinking of me.

Unfortunately my OB says there is nothing that one can do to increase the lining thickness. She doesn't even believe in the aspirin regimen. She said the only thing is to switch to the injectables which is what I will be doing if this cycle doesn't work.

Danasingle told me to use Evening Primrose Oil from cd1 through ovulation. She says that it helps with the lining... If this cycle doesn't work, I will try this one too on my next cycle.

I had my trigger last night and the DIUI is scheduled for tomorrow 8:30 AM. Wish me luck!

How have you been? Looks like ER is coming up pretty soon. How exciting!

Good luck tomorrow

ED is on day 2 of stims today. Wednesday I go in for my next check-up and hope to find out how she is doing; I suspect she'll have a day 3 check-up. ER is around the corner from the look of it. It's starting to sink in, but not by much.

Thank you all so very much for your support

It was a great day today. Everything went great. The count after wash was 29.1 mil which is a great improvement compared to last two vials of the same donor (9.9 mil and 12 mil) with 70% motility.

When I was going to the clinic, I was having pretty strong ovulation pains, which is good sign.

Now I am officially in the 2ww!

The only thing that did upset me was that my husband totally forgot that I went in for IUI today. He works night shift and because of his work schedule, he was not able to come with me for the IUI which I was OK with. But then in the afternoon he asked me why I didn't return his call when he called me at work in the morning. I said don't you remember I was in the clinic for IUI and he says, "oh I forgot, I got too busy with work and forgot that you were going for IUI".

I was really upset. This could be a very important day in our lives... It could be the day how it all began, and he didn't even remember it!

Am I too emotional? Am I blowing this out of proportion?

I just can't get over it... It feels like as if he doesn't really care. And I told him so too, but he says he does care but he just happen to forget about it, nothing bad meant by it... I just don't get how you can forget such a thing!

Hi!

Good luck with your 2ww! Great news about the counts! As for your DH. He probably did forget. Now, if he forgets when you are going into the hospital for labout..........that is when you know he needs to get with the program! LOL

Hugs! Men sometimes are in the right place in their hearts......but that is about it!
