We're soon to be going thru DFET and I'm going crazy looking for...

legal forms!!!! I know I've seen them before. We do I find these types of forms. I even tried Snowflakes site and you have to part of their gang to use their forms.

Where do we get them? I woulldn't dare make it up myself, this is much too important. We ran into our attorney at a softball game the other day and he said he'd look them over and sign them - and notorize, but I have to find one first - he can't imagine the time to find it.

Can anyone help? Anyone who's done DFET and did their paperwork??

I'd really appreciate it!!!!

Blessings and : !

I am sure you have googled to look for them - sometimes you have to pay for the forms but maybe they have them... just a thought!!
Good luck

We hired a lawyer in our area that specializes in donations, surrogacy and adoptions. I have seen a couple of contracts by a lawyer that didn't specialize in it and they missed a lot of issues or were too up tight about others. I wouldn't recommend them.

Our lawyer took a resonnable fee to take care of the contract with the donation agency and with the ED.

Here is a link for legal offices:

Like you said, it's too important to make it up or start counting pennies.
