Just stated donor IUI cycle & Bravelle

Hi,

Just stated our 1st donor IUI cycle. I went for my first ultrasound & blood test...waiting for the results. Has anyone taken Bravelle injectables?
I have to take 150 IU injections each day. Never used injectables before, anyone have any advice or experience?

I can't help you with your question because I never did any IUI's.

How did your u/s & b/w go the other day though?

RE said my b/w was fine, and that my u/s showed no developing follicles yet. Sometimes the follicles develop right before ovulation, I was told. I go back today for another u/s & b/w. This is my first cycle that is being monitored, so I know I have to be patient and ask lots of questions.

Hello fellow Canadian; I have done IUI 5 times with ds and have never been prescribed Bravelle, i have been prescribed Gonal F. Are you doing a superovulation cycle? if so it may take a few days before there is any follicles. What do you think about the difficulty in getting Canadian Compliant DS, we found it frustrating as our options were limited. Good luck waiting for Baby one and keep us posted... baby dust to you
