Question for you all

Hi folks got a question for some of you. How many of you had DIUI and low sperm count and motility and ended up pregnant that cycle and had a successful pregnancy? I had a IUI this last weekend and doc said the count and motility wasn't the hottest but it was decent and i wanted to have some hope that one of you out there has had it happen to you. Was the DIUI with medication. injections, or natual? Thanks so much
