They will be able to see how many sacs are in there tomorrow at your u/s. The heart doesn't usually start to beat until you're about 6w. Even then, it's possible that you might not see it. If that happens to you, don't worry! There are lots of ladies who see it at 6w, but there are equal numbers of ladies who don't see the h/b until they're 7w!

I went for my U/S this morning and they could not see any sacs. They said I probably miscarried but because I am on Estrace and Progesterone--I haven't bled out yet. They have stopped my meds and I am supposed to go in for another consult next month to talk about a frozen transfer. I am completely devastated!

Oh hon, I am SO sorry. I know how heart breaking it is to get that positive beta, then have the pregnancy not continue. I wish I had the words to console you. Take the time you need to grieve (because this really is a loss you know) and schedule the consult when you are ready.
