Depending on what type of cyst it is, it can take the stims instead of allowing them to do their thing with the other follies. They can check your Estrogen levels to see if the cyst is causing elevated E2 levels & if so, they'll either asprirate (drain) the cyst or put the donor on birth control pills to see if the cyst goes down in size.
