started the cycle

Today my donor and I started Lupron. This is my first cycle using a donor and am using a friend. I kind of feel bad that she has to inject herself with these drugs.....anyone else have the same feelings. I am overly excited to get this cycle going. Been waiting a long time.

On another note, a friend and his wife have been going through IVF as well. And today I found out they are about 6 weeks pregnant with twins. That is so inspirational and put me in the best mood for this cycle.

It is great that you have a known donor. I am sure your donor is a special lady doing what she is doing.

I wish you luck with your cycle and hope your friends' twin pregnancy will rub off on you!!!

kara-That's is awesome news! Isn't it so exciting?? Is this a really close friend of yours? What a gift....hope your cycle flies by and you get a BFP...twins would be a bonus!
