Hey Laenae!
I just saw your post. I don't get on as often as I'd like because my computer is so slow and it frustrates me. My transfer went fine, a little more painful than I had experienced before?? They transferred 2- 8celled good quality embryos. My beta is on the 20th- 4 more days!! So far I have no symptoms I did 2 HPT's today- nothing. Actually this AM I thought I saw a 2nd line but it was almost invisible and it showed up much later. I will do a couple more in the next few days just to prepare myself if it is negative.
I don't have as much wt gain and sore bbs as last 2 times. I think it is because I am using Crinone gel this time instead of PIO.
How are you doing? How about your dad? I hope and pray that all is well with you!! Not much longer - how exciting!
Hugs,
CathyNC

Hi Cathy -

Great to hear that all went well. The fact that you got a second line even after a few minutes waiting sounds pretty good to me. When I was pregnant with DD, my second line appeared about 10 minutes after the test. I called EPT (the brand I used) and they told me that any line that appears in the first 20 mintues should be considered a positive. I am hoping that your beta will only confirm what your HPT has shown.

How are your son and daughter doing? I hope all is well. Thanks for asking about my Dad. He is going for tests and may require a pacemaker. It is a hard road, but we are taking each dau a step at a time.

As for me, I can't believe I am 30 weeks today. I see my OB on Thursday, and my C/S should be scheduled then. I am assuming anytime after Nov. 7th will be fine. Will post when I have a more definitive date.

I am looking forward to your Beta update.

Laenae,
Thanks so much for asking. My HPT tests are all coming back as strong positives. My beta is tomorrow morning. My daughter is now in Florida and doing well. She is visiting all our relatives. I have to go to court this week for the warrant I had to take out on her ex bf for stalking her. That is why I sent her down there. My son is doing great. He has been so sweet and misses me and his sister so much. He is on honor roll with his school work there and improving drastically. He says he is changed and wants to come home now. I told him he will have to earn his graduation from there. He should get to come home for a night on Oct. 7th which is my daughters 18th bday. She is coming home then to see her brother.
I am glad your dad is doing ok. Wow, you're almost there! How exciting. Any names picked out? Does DH know it is a boy yet? Take good care of yourself and stay in touch.
Hugs,
Cathy
