When did you stop lupron?

Okay, tomorrow will already be 5 weeks on lupron. I was told to continue lupron at 10 units and return on Saturday for another u/s & b/w. Our donor's estimated retrieval is THIS Friday and our estimated transfer is Monday.

I'd like to know how many days before transfer did you stop taking lupron and also what dt you did (2d, 3d, 4d, 5d, 6d, etc.).

I was on lupron for almost 3 weeks at 5 units, I stopped lupron the day before my donor had her r/t. I had a 3 day transfer and my E2 was at 564 the day before r/t.

Thanks for the info 50/50. I feel like they are completely forgetting I'm using a donor. They haven't said a word about her and the retrieval. I would have thought that either I'd be stopping soon or at least cutting back to 5 units. I just wonder if this much lupron is somehow suppressing the estradiol. Although I guess if I think about it, that doesn't make sense because I'm taking estradiol directly

I haven't heard back from the EDC. I hope she calls me at home tonight or first thing in the morning. I hate all this waiting.

I swore I knew you were in the 500's with your e2 at transfer. Don't ask me why, but I thought so

I wonder if they should try something else on you instead, maybe you might respond to it better? Like patches or the shots that you mentioned? How long were you taking estadiol? I started patches the same day I started lupron. First starting out at 1 patch then gradually adding more until I reached 4 patches.

Gosh, I don't really know how important your E2 level is in the scheme of things. I thought it was to build up your lining but your lining is already thick . I hope your EDC calls you soon...the waiting must be awful. Plse try to trust that they know what they are doing and everything will work out fine!
