HSG results

Well, I did it I went and had to test done. Ouch!!! My right tube looks great wide open but the left is completly closed. So DIUI is definatly our next step.

I have to admit that the procedure really hurt, I didn't feel much at first just some cramping, but he was trying to open the left side, tears were running down my face. I cramped for the entire weekend. Oh well I'm so relieved to know that at least the one is open.

My RE will be in Europe for a month and DH and I are still working on things, I think we will do the IUI in August so for now I'm trying to loose some weight and enjoy each other.

I'm still here chearing everyone else on, just not posting much. Trying not to focus so much on this.....ya right hehe

That's great news that your tubes are clear! Sorry to hear that it was painful for you.

At least that HSG is over and they blew out both your tubes!!! Hope the cramps are gone! Pregnancy is much more likely the 3 months after the HSG... did you know that?

Actually, he wasn't able to open the left. He said it was pretty mangled, but the right is wide open. It did have blockage but he cleared it! I'm so thankful that the one is open. I had no desire to do another IVF (at least not right now) I did here about the natural thing that would be so nice. Not getting my hopes up though

I'm sorry that it was so painful while he was trying to open the blocked tube Bren.

Who knows, perhaps you'll be able to get pregnant on your own now that your tube isn't blocked any more!

I'd definitely be doin' the baby dance!!
