Looking for support - FET DE on 5/17, testing Friday, 5/27, VERY NERVOUS!!
Hi,
This is my first post in a while. I found many wonderful friends and support five years ago during several years of TTC, and finally doing a DE cycle, which resulted in twins! We had four frozen embryos, two which have not made it, one still frozen, and one (hopefully, prayerfully) is implanting inside of me now. Our transfer was 5/17, and our test is 5/27. I was just looking for support, and others going through similar situations. It's so hard!!!! I'm so thankful for my twins, but I want another baby so badly. It surprises me, but it is harder the second time around! I am so nervous about the beta test. I keep feeling 'symptoms' - flutters, quesiness, very tired, but that might also be the estrogen/progesterone talking! I don't think I can make it until Friday! I'm so thankful to find FT again! Good luck to all others going through a cycle this month - there is hope! Michele

Congrats on your previous successful DE cycle. Unfortunately it's not uncommon to lose 50% of your embryos during the freeze/thaw process. I've seen many transfers with only one embryo that work .. so keep the faith!!!
Good luck and keep us posted!

Welcome back to FT, Michelle. I am wishing you positive thoughts for this FET cycle. I hope your twins will get a brother or sister. Please update us on how your beta goes. :stickyvib

Michele-welcome back to FT. I am relatively new to the boards so I really love to see success stories! I hope this beta will prove to be another success and a little lovey for you, your DH and the twins. GL!
