My consult update

You guys are so great, it always feels so good to see that people care. The consult went well, I really liked my new RE. He seems more aggresive about trying new things, even though we had decided on DS he thinks if we want to try IVF again he could do TESE and fertilize 1/2 eggs w/ DH and 1/2 w/DS.
For now we're still proceding w/ DIUI if my tubes are okay. He decided that I would do better w/ a clomid cycle instead of nonmedicated due to my cycles being irregular. I'm relieved because my old RE didn't feel it was necessary to use any. I know I'll be at a higher risk for multiples but we'll see what happens.
I'm supposed to have a HSG test done this cycle and I think we will get things started in July. At least we're doing something, we might be ready by June.
Oh ya, my insurance is now saying that they will not cover anything (long story) so we're back to cash. It was worth a try, we paid cash for IVF as well so I guess we'll manage. Its not going to be that much more, my insurance would have paid 50% but with the cash discount it only works out like $500 more a month anyway.
So for now just waiting on AF, not expecting any time soon (it is so strange to want the witch to come, hehe)
I'll let you know when we get things moving, so for now I'm shaking my poms poms for the rest of you.

Bren- Sounds like you are happy with your new RE, that's awesome. Sorry to hear about your insurance...mine covered zilch too! Keep us posted and good luck!
