I'm so excited!! Retrieval today

We got 27 eggs!!! Yea!!! Little spermies are swimming around them now and they'll call me tomorrow morning with fertilization. Keep those prayers coming.

More good news - 21 fertilized! We will have a 5 day transfer next Wednesday - the 30th. I'll keep you posted.

Shell
Age 44/DH 41 – Married 1 ½ years
I have 2 natural children by first marriage, daughters 16 and 10
TTC #3 with DH for 2 years
1 IUI – May 2004
1 DE IVF August 2004 – 10 eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 3-day embryos transferred – failed
1 Frozen cycle with 3 embies – failed
Changed clinics
1 IUI – January 2005 – failed
2nd DE IVF – March 25th retrieval – 27 eggs – 21 fertilized

me too, 44 -
I have a 26 year old son....I was 18....he is marvelous...in the Navy in San Diego and very supportive of what I am going thru.
My husband has never had children and I don't want him to miss out...it is too special!
