I don`t post very often but when I do I get great advise, hense why I`m back.
We are hoping to use an egg donor that does not live in the same city as us, she is in the same state though.
? She would obviously come to our RE for retrieval but how does the rest work ie base line u/s and blood work through out the cycle.
Light at the end of a very dark tunnel
Thanks for you help

How exciting for you!
Our donor is also in the same state but different county. SHe is still close enough to drive. She was required to see our RE for her initial medical eval, got blood work done in her county. My RE said that she will need to come down for certain ultrasounds ...the one's that are nearing the day of retreival, other than that she can do her u/s and bloods at her local clinic. But we are going to put her up in a hotel the day before retreival and day of retreival. There was also an addtl $500 coordination fee for multiple clinic monitoring from our donor agency.
I hope this helps....This is my first DE cycle. Going to start lupron in the beginning of April.
Best of luck to you!

50/50
Thank you for your reply, thats pretty much what I thought.
The ED lives in N.Cal so it means a flight down.
We said we would book her into a hotel around the time of retrieval.
This is our first ED so fingers crossed that we can get everything
worked out ok.
Thank again
Good luck
