Shantup11 - How is the 2WW
going? I know it must be driving you crazy as is me. I have my beta on 3/21.
Are you having any symptoms? Only symptoms I am having is being tired, but it could be my thyroid and blood pressure medications. The PIO shots are driving me crazy. I am all black and blue and have welts and running out of space on my butt to stick the needles!!! I give myself the shots as DH is a chicken when it comes to needles. So, it isn't easy! Here is hoping that the time passes quickly until when we have our betas! Good luck............. :stickyvib

OH MY GOD.....................I'm going crazy. I don't know why this time is bothering me so much!! It's probably cause I'm home pretty much all of the time with my 16 month old son. He keeps me busy but not busy enough!!!
I really don't have any symptoms............except that I feel like a house! I always gain weight during this time. My boobs were sore but not anymore. I do have mild cramping here and there and I am EXTREMELY tired. How are you holding up...............have you done any hpt?? Wishing you lots of luck on the 21st. My fingers are crossed Shan :stickyvib |

Hope you don't mind me barging in here. Just wanted to wish you both tons of luck getting through the rest of your 2ww. I'm thinking BFP thoughts for you both. Keep us posted if either of you decide to cheat (wink, wink).
Fingers crossed, Ellen

Hi Ladies - thank you both for the well wishes!
I am anxious to do an hpt! I am driving myself crazy. Haven't gone out and bought one yet. Although I am tempted, I don't want to get disappointed before I even go in for the beta. I am hoping this cycle worked though. I am feeling exhausted, but more than usual. I wake up feeling like I haven't even slept and I usually sleep 8 hours. Like I said, it could be my thyroid and blood pressure meds which tend to make you drowsy. It could also be the PIO shots which supposedly leave you with a calming affect. I don't know. I am hoping the tiredness is a good sign. The 2ww is the worst part of the whole cycle. It is the not knowing and not being in control of things which make you go bonkers! Only a few more days..................

I wish you ladies the best of luck. I'll be following you in a week as my donor started her meds last Monday. Both of you need to get pregnant and I'll make three in a row. It's hard to believe that it will be even harder during the 2ww than it is now, but I have been through one unsuccessful cycle and it was forever! Please post and let us know everthing that happens with you guys.

Hi Diana,
I am going to busy myself over the weekend and try to keep my mind off things until Monday (yea right!). But really, I will be going away to PA for the weekend and by the time I get home Sunday night, I won't get a chance to go out and buy the old evil Pee stick! I am hoping this cycle worked as it was a fresh cycle. The success rates go down with frozen cycles although I know ladies have gotten pregnant on them and they do work. I am not ready to think about a frozen cycle yet and am still keeping the faith on this one. In any event, I will go in for my beta early Monday morning and I hope to be able to post the outcome as soon as I hear. Wish me luck. After all the disappointments I have been through, I would really welcome a positive outcome.

hi girls
Well.............I caved in and did a hpt and it was negative I Know it is still early but I just have a bad feeling about it. Yesterday I had brown spotting so I really thought maybe it was implantation.........wishful thinking. I really want it to work (like everyone) this time. The eggs we froze weren't as great of quality as the one's we transferred and we probably will only have enough for one more cylce. My husband I decided that if this cycle is neg. then we would do it one more time. Unfortunately, we can not afford paying a 4th donor. It's just too expensive. The only free thing we get is a free ride on an emotional roller coaster!!! So we're really crossing our fingers to get a positive this time or next. Preferable this time Anyway, Laenae I'm gald to hear that one of us is strong enough not to give into those evil hpt!!! I'm wishing you lots of luck on Monday and I look forward to seeing your post! My prayers are with you Take care, Shan :stickyvib |
