This is actually going to happen!

Hi All!

I can't believe it, I got my tentative schedule for my donor cycle. I start Lupron on April 5th (that is if my donor's screens come back ok) and retrieval is set for April 25th.

Somebody pinch me, this doesn't seem real?

50/50

Thanks for all the support! It does seem like it is becoming a reality...I was looking at my calendar this morning and got butterflies thinking how fast retrieval will come.

I will keep you all posted!

That is great news. The time is finally here. You be having your transfer in no time and then in the dreaded two week wait! Good luck and I look forward to your updates.

Yeah, 50/50, I'm a little ahead of you as you know, but I'm still blinking and wondering how we got to this day. I mean, somehow it all happened! The donor was picked, she took the meds, she developed lots of follicles and now we have them fertilized with my husband's guys. Now they just have to come home to me. Amazing.

Loraflo- I'm so excited for you! I still feel as though I am in a fog or something. I know I picked the donor and she is going through all of these tests and that I have my tentative sched but it doesn't seem real yet.

I wish the best of luck to you and your DH!

Laenae-I'll be checking for youf post on Monday! I can hardly wait to hear the news! I know it the 2ww must have been like eternity to you but I really can't beleive you are going to get your results on Monday already.

50/50 - Doesn't it seem surreal? I also can't believe it. Although I started this a little over a year ago, had a failed cycle due to donor medical issues, and had to wait several months for the current donor, it pretty much went quickly once the medical tests were finished. Once you know it, you are on meds and your donor is on stims. Then it is on to retrieval, transfer and the dreaded 2ww. I can't believe the 2ww is over tomorrow!! I am a bit nervous. Trying not to be too optimistic. I have had so many disappointments. I just hope it won't be another.

I will be thinking of you and sending positive vibes for your cycle.
