I called nurse today to check on my own medications and she said that the donor's estrogen was "slightly elevated" ("in the mid-50's"), which is unusual. She did a repeat b/w this a.m. and I am awaiting the results. If it's further elevated, we may have to wait for her to get AF and then start again!
Has anyone had this situation before and have it work out alright???Hilde

Update
I know noone has even had a chance to respond yet, but nurse called and said donor's E2 is up a little, but u/s looks clear so we are continuing with protocol anyway. Thank goodness! But now I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop, since she'll have b/w again in a few days....
I'd still be interested to know if anyone has been through this particular experience before... Hilde

Hi, all I know is my experience with IVF. Before I started stim's, they wanted my E2 to be below 50; mine was 32. I hope everything works out. BTW, my donors E2 was in the 20's before stimulants. Good luck!!

Things are going well, just finished all my meds. Going to an OB in a week for my first appt. Thanks so much for asking!
We had several setbacks in the process, but finally got to a good retrieval, etc. Just remember that you WILL get there. I'll be checking in on you! Kim
