Is it possible to be supressed on Lupron by day 8?

Trying to synchronize with donor. Won't go into why she wasn't on bc pills, but tomorrow is day 8 of my lupron. She got her period tonight. Much earlier than when I was expected to be suppressed to synchronize with her. They are bringing me in tomorrow morning (Friday) to do an estradial to see if I'm suppressed. They say it's unlikely, but I had to post since that will cancel the go ahead for her to start the gonal-f!! Wondering if I should be very prepared to be upset or if it's more of a possibility I might be suppressed than the nurse led me to believe?? What do you think?

I'm in my mock cycle. I went in for blood work and u/s on my 10th day of Lupron and I was already supressed. My E2 was 10.

Why weren't both of you on BCP's? I know previous SM's and I have been on BCP's for as little as 2 weeks and I have been on Lupron in additionally as our SM's have been too. Every Dr. is differerent, but I've never heard of supression with Lupron for nly 8 days. I rather be more cautious and suppressed for longer. I guess they know what they are doing. Good luck!
