allergic to progesterone - for DE would hcg be option?
I'll be on lupron to suppress my hormones. Just found out I'm not only allergic to the oils that progesterone is in, but I'm allergic to progesterone itself. I read that a doctor recommended crinone gel for those allergic (he gave reasons), but I also heard that hcg would be an option. Anyone here ever taken hcg instead of progesterone as a DE recipient?? THanks for your help.

There is the crinone gel, oral progesterone in clear capsules, sublingual progesterone, and then the progesterone in oil. They are all different forms but maybe one of the first few would work over the PIO that you are allergic to?
